Built in 1998, the Coal Harbour Housing Co-op provides affordable, cooperative housing to families, seniors and those with disabilities.

We are located between Downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park, just steps from the Seawall. Our co-op consists of 9 1-bedroom apartments, 60 2-bedroom apartments, 27 3-bedroom apartments, and 3 4-bedroom townhouses. Our buildings are pet-friendly, and include amenities like rooftop gardens, secured underground parking, on site storage, and amenity rooms.
