Board of Directors
Our BOD oversees the day-to-day 130 management of our co-op, including budgets. The BOD meets twice per month.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee meets once a month, year-round. Their main responsibility is to review financial statements. They check expenses and compare against budgeted amounts. In addition, they develop the annual operating budget for the co-op.
Gardening Committee
The Gardening Committee is responsible for maintaining all the common garden areas, including mowing the lawn, cleaning, fixing damage, and replanting. They also administrate the rooftop garden plots that some members enjoy.
Maintenance & Parking Committee
The role of the Maintenance Committee is to assist our Maintenance Coordinator to keep on top of any Co-op Maintenance issues. Current projects include the recycling/garbage room, appropriate use of member and visitor parking, work parties, powerwashing, snowclearing and common area cleaning projects.
Kids/Social Committee
The social committee creates multiple events per year to engage with our families and co-op members. These include Halloween and Christmas parties, our annual Co-op BBQ, and movie nights.
