About Coal Harbour Housing Co-op

Housing co-ops are self-governed, diverse, mixed income communities. Those that live here are responsible for participating and taking care of our home, as well as a share purchase and monthly housing charges. This is not a place where you’ll never know your neighbours! We know each other quite well and take care of each other.
